I am an iOS developer and got 3 courses at Houten to broaden my knowledge when I'm working in a big company with backorders and android devs etc. and close some gaps in my knowledge also in iOS/Swift: DevOps, Kotlin, Swift. The company payed my training costs. It was nice to see a new city and we went for lunch for a walk which wakes you up and spending some energy out brings focus on learning the rest of the day. I liked the amount of material in the courses. I was the only one in the Swift course so I could ask literally whatever I wanted, got very good answers. Somethings I have been struggling to get custom answers for were made clear. Also in other lessons I could ask questions, the trainer made sure all questions are answered. So go ahead and ask questions. If you are very senior, you need to let them know. For me the course level was good for me. Teachers were super sharing and helpful. Also Material is super organized. At the end I got a zip file with everything we went through in it. And even more code examples and extras to read. Good collection and clear material. Ah and the last day we ate at a restaurant which was nice to network with other devs taking the course, and delicious :] And toilets were very clean at training place.
